Loot bodies and weapons
Over the course of a complete playthrough, you’ll likely end upkilling a lot of people. Searching their bodies will usually turn up their remaining ammo (assuming they had a gun). One easy thing to miss is the bullets inside the weapon, so make sure to empty that as well before you leave.
