Date EverythingSpecs, short for Poise, Empathy, Smarts, Sass, and Charm, are the key to winning hearts (and candelabras, bins, and safes). During conversations with, say, your favorite lamp or the floor beneath your feet, you’ll often see special dialogue options. But there’s a catch: you’re able to only pick them if your Specs are high enough.
No Poise? That bold line won’t show up. Low Sass? Say goodbye to that flirty roast. But if your Date Everything Specs are up to par, you’ll unlock responses that hit harder than a well-timed wink at happy hour.
They’re crucial, but not always easy to figure out. Leveling up your Specs doesn’t work quite like traditional RPG stats, and if you’re just starting out, they might feel a bit confusing. Still, if you’re aiming to charm a microwave or seduce a bookshelf, mastering your Date Everything Specs is non-negotiable.
How to improve your Specs
To improve your Specs in Date Everything, you’ll need toLove, Hate, or become friends with a character. When you do, you’ll be offered five points in one of the categories.
So, the more friends, lovers, or enemies you make throughout the game, the higher your Specs are. Think of it like the more you practice at something, the better you get at it.
