Ted Lasso Season 4 finally confirmed and there’s a surprise twist
Ted Lasso Season 4has just been confirmed by Apple TV – and Ted will be coaching a new team, according to Jason Sudeikis.
Ted Lassowas one of Apple TV’s earliest successes, following a happy-go-lucky American coach who’s hired to manage an English football club. At first, it’s part of the owner’s secret plot to get revenge on her ex-husband, but he (eventually) helps AFC Richmond rise from the ashes and helps everyone become better people along the way.

The third season aired in 2023, andit seemed to bring Ted’s story to a natural close. He returned to the US, while Roy Kent became Richmond’s new manager, with Nate and Beard as his coaches.
However, after lots of speculation and an earlier report claiming it was in development, Season 4 is officially in the works.

If you cast your mind back to the Season 3 finale, Keeley pitched an AFC Richmond women’s team to Rebecca.
Other cast details haven’t been announced, but it’s presumed that Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent), Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca), Jeremy Swift (Leslie), Nick Mohammed (Nate), Juno Temple (Keeley), and other Richmond players will reprise their roles.
One character isn’t expected to return in a large capacity: Jamie, due to scheduling conflicts with Phil Dunster’s other commitments (although he will probably have a cameo).
