Your ears aren’t deceiving you: if you’ve just watchedInvincibleSeason 3 Episode 6, there’s a good reason you recognize the voice actors playing Powerplex and Becky Duvall.
At this point, theInvincible castis enormous. With every new season, its ensemble has gotten even bigger; in Season 3 alone, nine new actors joined the show.
This included Simu Liu as Dupli-Kate’s brother Multi-Paul, John DiMaggio as The Elephant (who appeared just to get his butt kicked by Oliver), andJonathan Banks and Doug Bradley in roles that are still being kept under wraps(but we know who they’re playing).
The latest episode of Invincible focused on Scott Duvall, aka Powerplex, a vengeful villain with the ability to absorb energy and use it against his enemies – and he’s played by someone you know.
Powerplex voice actor in Invincible
Powerplex is voiced by Aaron Paul in Invincible Season 3. The star is best known for playing Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad, as well as appearing in Westworld, Bojack Horseman, and Beyond the Sea.
By the end of Episode 6, things don’t look great for the character – but if you read the comics,there’s a good chance Powerplex will return, so Paul may reprise his role.

“He’s a super cool character because he’s tied into very early-on story elements in Invincible’s life and in the show we’ve been able to integrate them a lot more than we were able to in the comics, so there’s more depth to his story in the show.

“We kinda felt like we knew how it was gonna go, but Aaron’s performance blew us all out of the water. The way he embodied this character and interpreted all of the dialogue is so impressive… it’s such a great episode and I can’t wait for people to see it.”
Becky Duvall voice actor in Invincible
Becky Duvall, Scott’s wife and the mother of his child, is played by Kate Mara.
Some fans have presumed she was played by Krysten Ritter, considering Becky’s resemblance to Beth from Breaking Bad and Paul’s involvement. However, she’s voiced by Mara, who’s known for her performances in House of Cards, 24, and American Horror Story.
Notably, Mara starred alongside Paul inBlack Mirror Season 6’s ‘Beyond the Sea’ episode.
Mara also appeared in Brokeback Mountain, Shooter, and 2015’sFantastic Fourmovie.
