xQc shocked by Asmongold’s “disgusting” cockroach-infested room
xQc hasn’t always been known to be the most cleanly stream setup, but he was at a loss for words after seeing Asmongold grab a roach that crawled into his shirt while he was livestreaming.
Asmongoldis one of the biggest streamers on Twitch and a founding member of OTK, a network made up of many other popular streamers. As such, it should come as no surprise his opinion and decisions hold a lot of weight on the platform.
However, he’s also known for his dietary habits and the way he keeps his home. Though videos like his2 dollar steak cooking tutorialhave thoroughly entertained his audience, they’ve also left some concerned for the way in which he lives.
As clips of Asmongold being attacked on stream by a cockroach have resurfaced from over a year ago, the internet has been shocked by his relatively calm reaction to it. Even xQc didn’t know what to say.

Over the years, Asmongold hasn’t been shy about the way he keeps his room. The most revealing footage of his home lies on the YouTube channel for a podcast he’s a part of, and his co-hosts weretaken aback by the state of his home.
Tectone commented that Asmon’s house was filled with “90% garbage”, to which Asmongold himself replied, “maybe 99%”. He’s clearly self-aware.
However, a clip from October 2022 has resurfaced as of late, withxQc reacting to it on streamin a clip that’s since gained a lot of traction.

Several seconds after being shocked into silence, xQc said, “What is he – He’s holding it. Chat, this isn’t his first time doing this, he’s holding it!”
xQc couldn’t believe his eyes and concluding by saying, “That is f***ing disgusting.” And, while xQc’s room didn’t look all that different a few years ago, he’s sincedone a cleaning stream, moved out of his old place entirely, and is now in a much cleaner setup.

As it turns out, it definitely wasn’t Asmongold’s first time touching a roach. Clips dating back to years ago show him casually flicking roaches away and saying that it’s normal to see roaches: “I don’t think that’s a big deal. Who in here has never had a roach in the house? Let’s see how many liars we have in chat. Everybody’s had a roach in their house, it’s what they do.”
Asmongold’s viewers, meanwhile, are offering to fly out to his home and help him clean it for free. Some others have joked about it, with one viewer commenting onAsmongold’s post-house tour response videoabout how cleaning his home would be the “hardest 40 man raid the world has ever seen”.
